Kothalahibatu

kothalahimbutu is a medicinal vine.  They are eaten as a fruit.  A very tasty fruit.

  When its trunk is cut, red and white wires can be seen.  Kotalahibatu camel bark is used for fractures in local medicine.  A plant endemic to the Sinharaja forest and rainforests, Kothalahimbutu Kanda is also used to make cups.  The cutting of this plant is also prohibited by law.
